Heating and Air Conditioning

As a Realtor in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, I often hear negative stories from homeowners about poor workmanship and costly home repairs. I am also a consumer and wish to commend Chilly-Pepper Cooling and Heating for being fair and honest with me. I have 2 large walk-in closets in my Master Bedroom that are always cold. During our extreme winter at the coast, I noticed these closets were even colder. Each closet has two air registers with warm air blowing through them. The owner of Chilly Pepper, Eric Supina, made a service call to my home to inspect the issue. After checking the attic for adequate insulation, crimped lines to the registers he found nothing wrong. His conclusion was that the closets are flanked by exterior walls and there is no way to allow warm air to enter the closets other than the air registers. His suggestion was to cut the closet doors slightly shorter or put vents in the walls to allow the cold air to ventilate and mix with the warmer air and vice-versa for the summer. Best of all, Eric didn't charge me....not even for the service call! I commend him for being fair, honest and a good business person. I will recommend his company to all of my clients. This kind of good word-of-mouth advertising you cannot buy. Thanks Eric. There are many excellent hvac contractors in the Pawleys Island area, I just feel compelled to thank all of those who are honest and give good customer service.
